Standing project lead
One circle per project (Photo Layer, Follows, GH11) with a lead that stays open and keeps context. Any session can ask it things.
The XPS runs every Claude session. Your Mac and phone are windows onto it.
A simulation of the Seance window. Pick a scenario.
One circle per project (Photo Layer, Follows, GH11) with a lead that stays open and keeps context. Any session can ask it things.
A lead splits the work into workers (Zendesk, Amplitude, Kibana). Each writes a file. The lead waits, then writes one summary.
A claude-mac worker builds. A fresh XPS worker reviews the diff. Your two-reviews rule, with a truly fresh reviewer.
send --queue hands a pane its next task as soon as it goes idle.
A file pane shows a markdown file rendering live while Claude writes it.
lane worktrees for parallel rwgps-ui work.claude-mac.note-agent. A second send cancels the first.seance ctl handoff moves the task to a fresh session. You are the lead for this circle. Investigate <question>. Start 3 workers with `seance ctl new --agent claude --task-file`: one on Zendesk, one on Amplitude, one on Kibana. Each writes findings to ~/Claude/Brain/inbox/<date>/<source>.md. Wait for all three with `seance ctl wait --artifact`, then write one plain-language summary and kill the workers.
seance ctl new --name <job> --agent claude
Or press Ctrl+Shift+N and type claude. It asks where to run: Enter for the XPS, m for the MacBook (then a folder, rwgps-ui by default).
seance ctl new --name <job> --agent claude-mac
Type your Mac password once when the pane asks. That unlocks GitHub.
Watch: the Seance app icon. Talk: the Claude app, sessions named omarchy-…. Tailscale must be on.

Seance's built-in profile skips permission checks. Ours (~/.config/seance/agents.json on the XPS) doesn't, so auto mode and the gates still apply.
